In This massive  tutorial you will learn how to Draw a universal-like image .And you will learn a new text effect technique .you will also create a wind light that appears to originate behind a shape. This technique will add depth to your image. Also, you will use layer blending modes and opacity settings to create text it is a very nice tutorial but you should follow it step by step and understand all points.

STEP 1 :Create a new project  choose 800x650 and  set the resolution to 100. From the tool box press the button which sets the default colors of the  foreground (black)  and background (white) OR press D.
Then choose the horizontal type tool and write the word then press Ctrl +T to resize it and make it large.
 
 
 
 
Select the text layer and then choose Layer >> new >>layer via copy (OR press Ctrl +j) to copy the text layer.
Create a new layer and then drag it above the background layer and fill this layer with white then click the original universal text layer and press ctrl +e to merge it with the new layer which we filled it with white Then hide the universal copy layer.
 
 
 
STEP 2: Select the universal layer (layer1) and choose filter >> blur >> Gaussian blur ,Set the radius to 5 and click ok.Then choose Filter >> Stylize >> Solarize.
Choose image >> Adjustment >> Auto levels
 
 

 
 
STEP 3: Choose Filter >> Stylize >> Wind and change zoom to 100% ,change the method to wind, and change the direction to (from the right).
Then Rotate the image to 90° CW ,you can do that by choosing Image >> Rotate Canvas >> 90° CW and then choose again Filter >> Stylize >> Wind .
Rotate image again and Choose Image > Rotate Canvas > 90° CW And Choose Filter > Stylize > Wind, Then Choose Image > Rotate Canvas > 180° one last time to rotate the image to its original orientation.
 
 
 
STEP 4: Choose Filter > Blur > Radial Blur Set the amount to 50 and the method to zoom and the quality to good .The text will look as if it is moving rapidly toward or away from you.
 
 
 
 
 
STEP 5: Select universal copy layer to select it and redisplay it and choose the horizontal type tool and select the text in the universal copy layer and change the text to the color shown in the image
With the universal copy layer still selected double click on it to get its blending options and from the blend mod choose Multiply And change the opacity to 40%.
Then Choose The Universal layer(layer1) and Choose Image >> Adjustments >>
Hue/Saturation OR press Ctrl + U to get Hue/Saturation dialog box. And Click on
the Colorize check box to select it, and set the hue to 230 And the saturation to 53 and then press ok .
 
 
 
 
STEP 7: Double click on the universal layer (layer1) to get its blending options and then and choose outer glow.
 
 

 

STEP 8: Save the following picture to your computer

 
 
 
 
Open it by Photoshop and then select the elliptical marquee tool from the tool box and press and hold the shift button  then draw a circle around the earth press ctrl +c to copy the earth and then go to our original project and create anew layer and past the earth into it .then drag the earth layer to become over the background layer Then select the universal layer (laye1) and change its blending mode to Screen you will get the following result.
 
 
 
 
 

STEP 9: Select the background layer and fill it with black

 
 
 
STEP 10: Add Anew layer and drag it above all the other layers  , fill it with black  and then choose the rectangular marquee tool and draw a rectangle at the right portion of the layer as shown here .
Choose Filter > Stylize > Wind from the menu bar, make sure
the From the Right option button is selected And set Zoom to 33% Press Ctrl+F four times to repeat the filter
Choose Edit > Transform > Rotate 90° CCW to
rotate the layer’s contents so that the white area
now appears at the top of the image window.
Choose the Rectangular Marquee Tool from the
toolbox, press and hold the Shift key, and drag in the layer to make a square selection that
includes the full white bar and the black area
beneath it, down to the bottom of the image
window.
Choose Filter > Distort > Polar Coordinates,
 
Select Image >> Rotate Canvas >> 90 cw to rotate the image to its original size.
Drag the layer above to become above the background layer.
