STEP 4 : Create a new layer and name it "Hline" drag it in the layer palette to be Just in front of the background layer  and then Select the rectangular marquee tool and draw a rectangle in it and fill it with  # EBEBEB

STEP 5:
Now you can fill the background layer with  # EBEBEB theresult should be:
 
 
 
STEP 6:  create anew layer ,Name it "Nline" and drag it in the layer palette to be over the "Hline" layer and then draw a long rectangle and fill it with white and then apply the following settings:
 
 
 
After that Choose the Move tool from the tool bar and drag this rectangle toward "Hline" rectangle So You will find that the "Hline" rectangle hide it beneath him .Continue until you get a nice line .
The final result should be:
 
STEP 7 :
Create A new Layer set and name it " News" and then create a new layer into it and name it "Our news" then draw a convenient rectangle in the Bottom-left area of the project area and fill it with   #  F5F5F5 As you see:
 
Then Apply the following Settings:
 
 
Change the foreground color to # 464646 and then Select the horizontal type tool and type " Our News"
And apply the following settings:

STEP 7 :
Now we want to create a footer So you should create a new layer and then draw a rectangle that will represent the footer shape and fill it with white then apply the following settings:
 
 
STEP 7 : Now you need to create the Title of your site to dothat enter your text and apply the following setting:
